Soil to Spoon Challenge
— Official Contest Rules

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Vedija International Incorporation, operating as Rasarth, referred to in these rules as "Sponsor" or "Rasarth."

Open only to resident of Ontari, Canada excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Rasarth and its partnering influencers, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Quebec residents are excluded because Quebec requires separate registration and French-language disclosure for contests above a certain prize value.

Entries will be accepted starting September 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.

During the Contest Period, on a public Instagram account, eligible entrants must:

(a) follow @rasarthofficial; (b) create and post original content — a photo, reel, or carousel — showing a dish, recipe, or creative use made with one or more Rasarth products; and (c) tag @rasarthofficial and include the hashtag #SoilToSpoon in the caption.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Winners will be selected by a panel chosen by Rasarth, based entirely on judged criteria: creativity, originality, storytelling or entertainment value, and relevance to Rasarth products. Winner selection involves no element of random chance. Judges' decisions are final.

ARV = approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash equivalent will be substituted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of the Contest Period ending, and must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim their prize, confirm eligibility, and provide a valid Canadian shipping address. A winner who does not respond within this window forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, entrants grant Rasarth a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, display, and share their submitted content — with creator credit — on Rasarth's own social media, website, and marketing materials, for purposes related to this Contest and the #SoilToSpoon UGC series.

Rasarth may disqualify any entry that is offensive, plagiarized, misleading, or in violation of Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, at its sole discretion.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from this Contest.

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and partnering influencers from any liability for damages or injuries arising from participation in this Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize.

Personal information collected for this Contest, such as a shipping address, will be used solely for prize fulfilment and will not be used for other marketing purposes without separate consent, in accordance with Rasarth's Privacy Policy.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
